Training Log 8.30.26

Overall:

It’s been a long and short year. I can't believe we're entering into September and that means Professional Integrative Care is turning 2 years old.

The second week in the building was more normal. It was my last week going to Pickerington, with the intention of freeing up more time for family. It will be the first time in my career I’ve been at one location. My biggest concern is that the staff will get sick of seeing me that much. I think it was a hard choice because I love all the people at Serrano Family Practice. I loved going there to spend some time with my mentor, now I have to figure out a new way to see him consistently and I’m hopeful it’s better than the previous situation of just passing by in the morning once a week.

Physically not feeling great. Had a minor outpatient procedure on Friday and my trainer was out of town last week. Probably won’t be able to train with him outside of 1-2 times over the next couple of weeks and I’m a little concerned about my general lack of conditioning given the pec surgery and how everything has gone.
