Integrative Concierge Primary Care
Healthcare built for capacity, not crisis
Most healthcare doesn't track whether you're actually getting healthier. We do.
We build your custom healthcare plan around what your health data shows. Concierge access. Integrative depth. Regenerative medicine when you need it.

"Health is not just the absence of disease. It is the ability to live your life—to care for the people you love, meet challenges without breaking, and recover when life inevitably becomes hard."
-Dan Fosselman, DO, MBA, FAAFP, FAAMM, FMCP-M
A Philosophy of Stewardship, Capacity, and Long-Term Integrity
Dr. Dan Fosselman believes that life is best lived from a position of strength, clarity, and margin. Healthcare, leadership, and service fail when individuals operate at the edge of depletion. They flourish when capacity is intentionally built and protected.
As an integrative medicine physician specializing in lifestyle and performance medicine, Dr. Dan brings a wealth of expertise. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, Functional Medicine, Sports Medicine, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Ringside Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. His advanced certifications include clinical nutrition, holistic lifestyle coaching, and musculoskeletal ultrasonography.
As the founder of the Columbus location in the licensed Regenexx network, he specializes in minimally-invasive ultrasound-guided procedures to treat musculoskeletal conditions and support the body's natural healing process.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Building Health, Strength, and Peace Over the Long Term
At Professional Integrative Care, our goal is not perfection.
Our goal is capacity.
Health Is Built on Margin, Not Intensity
While extreme diets, exercise, and schedules can work short term, they often fail because they leave no room for real life. Lasting health comes from margin—enough sleep, enough energy, enough resilience to handle stress, illness, and change. Health should make your life more livable, not more fragile.
Strength Comes Before Generosity
To care for others—your family, your work, your community—you must first have something to give. That means physical strength, mental clarity, emotional regulation, and stability. We help patients rebuild strength so generosity becomes sustainable—not self-sacrificial.
We Tell the Truth, Kindly
In medicine, honesty is not cruelty—it is compassion. Lab work, imaging, and symptoms are not judgments. They are snapshots—information that helps us understand where you are right now. From there, we build forward together. No shame. No catastrophizing. No pretending.
Life Comes in Seasons
There are seasons where progress is fast. There are seasons where maintenance is success. Parenting young children, caring for aging parents, changing careers—all change what is realistic. We measure success by alignment with your current season of life.
Our Goal Is Peace, Not Just Happiness
What people usually mean when they say they want to be happy is: calm, grounded, content, resilient. Peace is not an emotion—it is a capacity. It grows when your health supports your life instead of fighting it.
We aim to help you build strength, create margin, tell the truth about where you are, respect your season of life, and live with greater peace and resilience.
This is healthcare designed for the long haul.
HOW WE MEASURE
Primary care, measured.
Most primary care relies on a brief annual physical and the trust that nothing serious is wrong in between.
That isn't enough information to actually improve your health over decades.
Every PIC member receives a comprehensive biometric assessment twice a year, with interim tracking in between.
Capacity
The physical infrastructure that determines how well you'll age — muscle mass, fat distribution, and functional reserve.
Body Composition
Grip Strength
Function
The quiet patterns conventional intake forms miss — sleep, energy, digestion, mood, cognition — tracked over time so improvement is visible.
IFM MSQ
Symptom Trends
Risk
The biomarkers that predict disease years before standard panels catch it — and the hormones that drive how you feel today.
Lab Analysis
Hormone Panels
Rhythm
Your day-to-day patterns inform what we discuss in visits — not just the snapshot of a single morning's labs.
Smart Watches
Habit Tracking
Two physicals a year, with this depth of measurement, is something almost no primary care practice does. It's the difference between healthcare that responds to disease and healthcare that builds health.
After a year as a PIC member, you have something most adults have never had —
a longitudinal, integrated picture of your body and the trajectory it's on.
