$500 Initial/$300 Follow Up

Holistic Consultation. Functional Medicine Lab Recommendation and evaluation. Perform comprehensive lifestyle analysis. Diagnostic ultrasound as clinically indicated. Exercise and nutritional recommendations can be provided. Lab work can be ordered and reviewed.

Non-Op Orthopeadic Consultations
$300/Visit

Musculoskeletal Consultation. Includes history, physical exam, prior imaging review, ultrasound evaluation if indicated, recommendations, and medications if indicated. This will determine your status as a candidate for orthobiologic procedures (Platelet Rich Plasma or Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate).
