Learning: Podcasts:
More focus on facial aesthetics and having a skin care routine. Importance is quality anti-oxidant for the face. Mineral based sunscreen, not synthetic stuff that may potentially cause harm. Avoid providers with conflicts of interest. A good medical provider has the ability to say if you’re not a good candidate. Don’t do trendy things with your body. Some fillers can cause backend harm.
Biology of Aging - inflammation, mTOR, and oxidative stress matter. The current ability of biological clocks to predict anything is poor.
Women’s Sexual Health - the medical industry is still behind at providing treatment for women. Something like 4% of women have access to HRT who qualify.
Fertility - improve metabolic health. Men do not get enough semen analysis as a part of the work up.
Death - A good death is preceded by a good life.
Discussed the dopamine deficiency theory. Higher risk of self-medicating. Stimulants stimulate the dopamine pathway and can reduce symptom severity. Potential benefit of early treatment of symptoms as this is a neurodevelopment condition.

Meditation takes work and practice. Doing something for 1 min is better than nothing for establishing the habit. Being mindless takes practice and work.
