Overall:
It’s been a tiring 2-3 months, with a big push over the past couple weeks getting moved into the new office. Have been falling asleep around 8-8:30p just from being tired. I might have found the new solution to avoiding doomscrolling, being too tired to pick up the phone. Of course there’s been hiccups moving into the new space including a last minute audible of having to put in a claim for the roof because of the amount of damage from the recent storms and leaks it created. React and adapt.
Pec has been improving and workouts feel better week over week, but the limitations always seem to mess with me mentally. Still ahead of schedule, but it’s just the weird positions where I have to shut things down. I’m now 2 months out from surgery and in hindsight the blessing was a forced move away from more intense training with the additional stress of everything else. It’s been nice training with Francois as he’s a nice guy who’s been around a long time. I love getting to know new people because everyone has a story to tell.
I’m excited to be done with the major part of the move. I know there will be a lot more to do on the backend and there’s still a long way to go to get it to be where I want it to be, but there’s also the perception I have of good enough for now, and space to improve in the future. While I think the move will help with patient care long term, I’m really excited to shift the focus to clinical care and how do we improve care delivery for our patients.
Looking forward to getting back on track with writing on a consistent basis. That's been off as well and needs to be mitigated.

More or less agree with his perspective. The only difference is I think we need to be better physician scientists and if people are going to elect to use research grade peptides, then we should be doing some kind of safety evaluation and assessment of if they actually work.
