Training Log 7.6.25

Updated: Jul 14

Learning:

  • WCI - HSA - how to use them

  • Huberman - on depression and alternative treatments - thyroid, keto, plant med - not a lot of new information here

  • Attia - Cosmetics - learned the face is more complicated and there’s differences in quality of providers doing this. Kind of known, but they appear to do very complicated procedures around the face that I don’t notice at all. Sunscreens use mineral based, nice to see this stated by academic community

  • Game - truth about long term success

  • Courses and reading - insufficient - hopefully the work is done around the office to free some more time up for this.

Week in review: Tiring week. Had a couple projects around the office and things just took up a lot of time. The holiday was good, got to see some Friends. Physically not a recovery as it was hot and was working a lot. Need to complete some of these projects and move on. Likely adding staff at the clinic and need to figure out implications of doing this.
