Training Log 6.29.25

Learning:

  1. Podcasts

    • Attia - End of life care - strongly consider getting palliative and/or hospice care involved earlier, have POA and living will set up much earlier in life - need to be more mindful of this in clinic

    • Crossroads - Fear - Was hoping it would be a little more practical

    • Financial Samurai - dangers of earning risk free passive income

    • WCI - Panel Conversation - no key take aways

    • Knowledge Project - outliers - keep pushing and take risks on yourself

    • Huberman - Addiction - provided caution on psychedelics as a cure all.

  2. Reading:

    • Warrior ethos

  3. Courses:

    • Early - Exercise 2 sections

    • FMU/spirit gym - nada

Notes: With both training and learning right now it’s just hitting the minimums. Been thinking a lot about schedule. Got the new bike to increase learning time and hopeful that makes a difference with additional reading and course time.

Notes: uncertain if it’s being beat up, the heat, or what but training capacity is down. Dropped my training max prior to resetting A2S cycle. Still have time constraints which is impacting volume and probably progress overall.

Sleep: Poor this past week with an average score of 60. Getting to bed too late.

Stress: 44 via Garmin Instinct 3

Notes: feeling it.
