Overall:
Physically it was a draining week. Falling asleep early due to longer days. This translated over to the gym. Coming off of a testing week It's always interesting to me that there's a pretty abrupt drop off in muscular endurance. Generally weeks 2 and 3 there's a significant increase in reps. This week was more or less close to rep minimums. Jujitsu training this week was lessened based on my wife's schedule.
The holidays were very busy and exhausting, but I think the kids had fun and people keep telling me that's what matters. Smile and pay the bills
Reading increased this week which made me happy. hit a book recommendation from a patient on Orthodox psychology. Awareness is put out by a former Jesuit priest with Buddhism considerations. It's a contrarian work that I've enjoyed. This was a book recommendation from Dan John's Inner Circle group.
