Training: Overall:

Past couple weeks have been in a funk. Hitting bare minimums in the gym. This was all about main movements. Rushed the squat workout and had poor sleep this week which lead to flaring up my R achilles that has been a problem on and off for the past several months and is inhibiting running training. Too much sitting and I think I’ll need to add in non-impact cardio just to not be so tight in the posterior chain.

Even productivity on the training log took a lapse, which was frustrating. Realized that I need to get this written on Saturday in preparation for the week. If it's not getting done then, it's not getting done.
