Training:
Overall: Was having sleep issues two weeks ago which was rare for me. Was feeling pretty far behind from a paperwork perspective. Stress is high from considering moving the practice. Still struggling with the question of what’s enough. Pulled something in my R shoulder on deadlifts which was weird. Educationally I've been disappointed that I haven't had more time. This is something historically I've prided myself on and it just has dropped down. One person told me they're very good at managing their top two priorities only and I find that I'm in that camp right now. Family and work are really pulling on me. Personal development - education and fitness are getting the MED dose treatment which bothers me. Hopefully this can increase as work settles in.
