Overall: Uncertain if it’s the time change or just the grind of life, but recovery was poor all week long. Was hitting minimums all week in the gym and have really emphasized increasing sleep. Assume the busy period will continue for the next month or so.
Wrapping up the Spirit Gym course and I’m very impressed with the content Paul has put out over the years. He is one of the drivers of holistic health - mind/body/spirit, and this course seemed to be a culmination of his life’s work. In writing/content creation I think it’s amazing at the two strategies, put years into a work versus just getting the reps in. Dan John puts out a book or two per year and is very systematic. Chek took 5 years to make this course and it shows in it’s depth and reference. Wilbur took 7-10 years on a book.
Personally, I feel more content with a shifted focus to curriculum material versus just the randomness of podcast world. Have been journaling daily and that’s habitual, but really have fallen off with consistent bible reading and the goal of getting through it in one year.
