Training:
Overall: Better training week than the past several. Actually getting restorative sleep is probably the primary contributing factor. Bothersome week and still challenging by weeks end. Top end strength is lacking again. Muscular endurance is returning. Felt fine hitting higher reps across the board. Slept through alarm on Tuesday which was the first time that’s happened in a long time. Had to combine workouts on Thursday. Not helping the total weekly volume problem which I think is contributing. Running has felt fine. I’ve been very conservative with pace and I think that’s helped.
