Book:

  1. Same As Ever - Morgan Housel

    1. One of the better books I’ve worked through currently. His psychology of money was great and this was better. This talks about our lack of probabilistic thinking. How we struggle with forecasting. The power of discomfort. The importance of hard work over time.

Training:

Overall: Kind of an off week. With drill on the weekend BJJ was down this week. Things feel ok and I feel like I'm getting more volume on the main lift but still struggling with time on the accessory movements. Sleep was poor all week with kid wake ups. Getting some time to think has it's pros and cons. Reading was up this week which is nice. Working for AI for dummies, the fundamental scientology book and finished Morgan Hausels book. Mentally struggling with trying to find the balance between great service and thinking long term.
