Overall:
Slept better this week and that helped as it was a tiring week. Hand/wrist have still been causing some problems. Will probably end up having a couple buddies take a look from an intervention standpoint, early arthritis from a HS fracture is finally starting have a functional impact 20 years later. From a squatting perspective I’m considering a safety squat bar just because the grip on that is bothersome. I regressed into old learning patterns with Attia republishing and I need to find a system for ACLM as the media function is poor. I also need to follow up on ILE.

This was the 70% week and I’m glad it was. Went into the week feeling beat up, by mid week felt recovered and things were light. Recovered well and sleep has been significantly improved. End of the week had some hand issues again.
