Training Log 12.14.25

Overview:

Very busy week. Close on the new office building for the practice on Monday and hopefully it’s another good step for patient care. It provides the practice with the ability to expand and have multi-disciplinary services close by. It will be an experience. Was feeling run down towards the end of the week. Started Dan John University with my wife and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. It’s great getting to hear her opinions and all of these topics. It’s always fun learning things about someone you think you know. Really been struggling to get my stuff together on courses and this needs to be a focus for 2026 - ACLM, ILE, and Spirit Gym. Got to go up to Cleveland with a group on Thursday to go to the Schvitz. Great meeting new people and learning from them. Had some major stress in the middle of the week, where I felt very dumb. Thought a lot about my psychological weaknesses and mitigation plans. Youngest son had his 2nd birthday - it's going quick and they make me very tired.
