The Fourth Fuel - On ketogenic diets and the history of metabolism research. Less technical than I thought it would be. Some thematic points on how dogma has limited the growth of research into this field. How pharma and convenience trumps a more effective treatment
Training:
Overall: Very poor week of training. Both kids were sick and this was a minimum week at best. Achilles is overall feel better. Hex bar blew me up. Felt like my hips were going to explode even getting into position. BJJ was way down due to scheduling and illness.
