Training:

Overview:

Right let felt better this week. It was a testing week and week 12 of average the Savage 1.0. I was fatigued by the end of the week due to some sleep disruption however this is the least beat up my body has felt in a while. Overall I felt OK with the reps that I was hidden and feel like the training maxes are closer to what they should be. Running felt fine and BJJ felt pretty good.
