Overall:
Challenging week. Have successfully put in the sprint intervals the past couple of weeks, but have taken an off day where I should be doing tempos from a run standpoint. Still trying to determine if this is a reasonable add on. The recovery session on Monday. Education this week was every podcast and one lecture. Don’t have time to do write ups on them all this week as I got behind on Saturday morning.
