Training: Overview: stress and kid interrupted sleep has been a theme over the past month and my body’s feeling it. Got two massages in the past month and they both spent a lot of time on my R lat and since then, when I deadlift over 400 I’ve been having issues with my right lat insertion. R foot has also been a problem over the past month. Still getting in some work, but it feels more maintenance. Friday and Saturday energy was really down.
