- Knowledge Project - Jim Clayton - Pay off your debts in full, keep pushing despite failure, discipline beats hype, vertical integration, recessions are buying opportunities

- WCI - 4% and early retirement - 4% rule is about classic withdrawal schedule to not run out of money in retirement from the Trinity Study.

Training:
Overall: A week of sick kids means little sleep for the parents. This was our situation this week so it was again tiring. R Achilles finally started calming down by the end of the week. Stress level is still high, but it doesn’t seem to be as sustained at a high level. Sleep was fair, but limited volume. Not really feeling great energy wise overall. Got a massage a couple weeks ago and recovery was way up and things have trended back down. Getting intentional recovery monthly should probably be something to consider. Considering a 100 day challenge of wake up and bike/lift. Just some active recovery and lecture time in the morning. Need to find a way to get reading time back up as well.
