WCI - discussed disability claims - getting appropriate policies and ensuring that people know what they’re doing when offering you a policy.
Huberman - Alan Aragon - No real new take aways. Protein per serving is based on size of individual and goals. Under stated in most recommendations - seek 1 lb/gm body weight
Attia - Bone Health - Replay from a couple years ago, discussed importance of HRT and resistance training
Knowledge Project - Try to earn your position on an annual basis. I.e. don’t rest on your laurels and keep pushing
Courses:
Spirit Gym - Personal Myth development - figure out the story you’re trying to tell
Attia Early - Strengths impact on longevity - not the same correlation, but data is more poor. Not broken down into sub categories
Overview:
Better from a learning standpoint. Still not getting the reading in. From a book perspective working through Seeds GLP1 book. Uncertain of clinical utility so far. Still want to push in hte next couple weeks on courses. Want to complete ACLM board review and likely get the board exam scheduled for the late fall. Considering more courses, but need to complete what needs to be done first. Still need to increase running as this didn’t feel great felt like I lost given the lack of focus on running.
